Today we were lucky to work with Luke Brown, Chris Compton and Michael Blische. All three were very nice and explained all our issues in complete details and answered all of my questions. I would and will recommend this company to all my friends and family. If anyone else is lucky to get these three amazing guys I can promise they will not be disappointed. Thank you for doing a great job! The ladies in the office were all very helpful and great to talk to also.

This company has always impressed me over the years, and this visit did not disappoint. Our serviceman, Blake, was very friendly and thoroughly evaluated our needs. He was easy to talk with and helpful with the selection of a faucet for both sinks in our master bathroom. After the sinks arrived, the company set up a date for installation, kept us informed frequently throughout the day with progress toward getting to our job. Blake sent a photo along with his bio and experience via text when he left the last job letting you know he was on the way. Stephanie from the office also called with that same information. We now have two lovely new faucets courtesy of Blake's hand work. What a nice, efficient worker Quality Service has in him. Good luck in the future, Blake!

Quality Service techs Aaron & Michael came out to pump out our septic tank. Aaron introduced themselves right away & both seemed nice & professional. He asked had I ever had both sections of the tanked pumped out? I said I did not know there were 2 sections with 1 lid covering each. They spent time digging up the 2nd lid I never knew was there. Previous companies that I had hired had never done this. Also Stephanie sent messages when to expect their arrival on my property. I highly recommend Quality Service today Plumbing and Septic!

Had to do simple parts replacement in toilet for tenant. Tech was nice enough, according to tenant, and toilet works fine now. However, for simple valve and flapper repair, he quoted me $1300 for a new toilet or $375 for the replacement of those parts, which by comparison sounded cheap but was ridiculous. A few weeks earlier, I had the same exact repair in my home for much less than 1/2 price. Couldn't understand why quoted me a new toilet. Then I understood. Repair sounded cheap in comparison. OVERPRICED

Michael was amazing. For being new to the job, he showed up promptly and more than ready. Due to the age of our home, tank was pretty obstructed. Despite the overgrowth and age of the site he quickly located the tank and expeditiously dug 3+ feet and was careful to insure accuracy on pricing for the extra steps he had to take. Even pausing to inform us and confer with βhome baseβ before continuing.

Patrick did a great job. The service was to fix plastic pipe that had came loose under our kitchen sink. It was a quick fix, but the service was pricey. 288.00 was what we paid, we had to get someone that day, he showed up which we were grateful for. The price for the service was what we had a issue with.
